General Duties & Responsibilities of Farm Jobs in Limerick

To perform all duties necessary, including but not restricted to:

  • Conducting inventory counts, verifying documentation, accepting samples, and confirming incoming shipments.
  • Tanker unloading in accordance with company site protocol.
  • Tank farm preventive maintenance inspections are performed daily.
  • Maintain records of chemical usage and restocked supplies at water monitoring stations.
  • Complete recording of every activity.
  • Document preparation for outgoing cargo.
  • Adding waste to containers.
  • Monitoring refuse generation and material consumption
  • Scheduling deliveries in collaboration with production scheduling, the company’s supplier, and the logistics provider.
  • Coordination with the logistics company and contracts manager to organize refuse loads.
  • Immediate notification of any issues that may arise to the Contracts Manager
  • As directed by your manager, maintain and care for all equipment, and promptly report any lost or damaged equipment.
  • As directed, conduct inspections, audits, and checks.
  • As required, attend company meetings, training courses, and the like.
  • To be adaptable in order to perform additional responsibilities as your manager may from time to time request.
  • As required and reasonably requested by the company, provide direct operational support to any and all business areas, including but not limited to support for on-site/off-site operations at Shannon and other customer sites.
  • Serve on-site as the company’s representative.
  • Provide rotating rostered weekend coverage.
  • At this time, the position entails working full-time days; however, in the future, shift work is anticipated to be necessary.
